The pre-order section is for upcoming, new models or models that have been out of stock for some time and are coming back in.  We ask for a minimum of 50% advance payment on all pre-orders. 

Your credit card is not run automatically when you place the order, so we will run the card for no more than half unless otherwise instructed.  PayPal orders will be held or we can refund half until the watch arrives.
