WATCHES WARRANTY

As a authorized retailer for the Detente Distribution Group, we follow these warranty guidelines:

Two Year Limited Watch Warranty

• Every Detente watch is guaranteed by Detente Distribution Group, LLC
• This guarantee is valid at Detente Distribution Group, LLC and not at the place of purchase. Please do not return watches to your retailer.
• Detente Distribution guarantees new watch movements for two years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
• Please note that this warranty does not cover the case, bracelet, strap, crystal, battery, or crown of the watch. This warranty gives specific legal rights, and there may be other rights, which vary from state to state.

If a Detente watch should require service during the period of warranty, please complete the following:

• Contact us via email at warranty@detentewatches.com or call us at 1-877-4VOSTOK (486-7865) ext. 704 to receive a RMA@ (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). If you have your original purchase receipt, you do not need an RMA number in advance of shipping the watch in for repair.
• Include a copy of original bill of purchase to validate date of purchase.
• Please insure timepiece for the full purchase price.
• Please do not include original gift box because it may not be returned.
• This warranty will no longer be valid if this watch has been tampered with, taken apart, wet, or repaired by anyone but Revolutions in Time. In the case of water resistant watches, cracking of the crystal or loosening of the watch case back and/or the watch crown, will invalidate this warranty.
